I am currently studying Nursing, and have an Interest in helping people gain the most out if their lives, by promoting independence, and implementing daily activities such as exercise, healthy eating and mindfulness. I can provide assistance with ADL's as well as help with shopping, outings and transport etc. I am also able to help with medications, vitals, wound care etc.
