I have a range of skills to be able to provide quality care to clients. Firstly, i have a lot of patience. Me , as aged care workers need to be able to communicate effectively with their clients, their clients' families, and other healthcare professionals. Additionally,I’m physically fit and able to assist with daily tasks such as showering, dressing, and toileting. I have experience with personal care, management, and dementia care. Overall, being an aged care worker is a challenging but rewarding career that requires a lot of skills and experience.
