I am a registered nurse in the Philippines, I worked as a private duty nurse for 4 years, I know how do Vital Signs monitoring including checking the blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and respiratory rate, cleaning and bathing my client, I know how to assist client using the assistive equipment, assisting client with nutritional support such as nasogastric tube feeding, total parenteral nutrition, and Percutaneous Endoscopic gastronomy feeding and dressing, Intravenous catheter Insertion, cleansing enema, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and basic life support, proper oxygenation, suctioning, proper repositioning using linens and mattress, proper bed making and house keeping. This is all of my expertise but the rules and regulation of Australia may follow and apply when in terms of providing effective good quality health care and safety measures to the client.
