 Certificate III in Individual Support lAged Care & Home Care  Current First Aid Certificate  Current manual Handling Certificate  Certificate of NDIS Worker Orientation Module  Current Hand Hygine Certificate Aged Care Support Worker  Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting  Move patients from bed to chair and chair to bed using hoist  Maintaining a clean and safe working environment  Feed patients and monitoring their eating habits  Administer medications and documents  Keeping patients’ rooms and equipment clean, neat, and orderly  Managing the behaviours  Updating report notes  Helping patients to walk and use a wheelchair  Assist indigenous clients with intellectual disabilities and psychiatric disabilities in daily personal care, clothing care, household duties and community engagement  Follow support plans  Act as companion and assistant in shopping, banking and bill paying  Ensure a positive routine is maintained toward mental and physical wellness  Assist with and encourage any physical exercises and engage clients in community access activities.  Willing to perform any task is given by management
