I have been working for more than five years as a Home Support Worker and have a passion to work with older people and helping them with their daily needs. Since I have worked with older people for such a long time, I possess experience in personal hygiene, administering medication, transporting and lifting clients with a lifter. I comprehend that it is often challenging to work with residents who are suffering from dementia or other disorders. Working with different clients and new situations every day has allowed me to develop my ability to quickly adapt to new environments and communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
