I am shilpa tamang. I have recently joined diploma of community services and i am seeking a position as an Aged Care Worker to utilize a background in nursing and compassionate nature to provide excellence in resident care. I am dedicated and compassionate carer.I have Collaborated with peers and medical teams to support working under guidance of an RN to deliver memory care, physical care and psycho-emotional care optimizing resident quality of life. Completed a month of program covering basics including dementia communication strategies, social engagement and physical care ( e.g. bathing, personal assistance, lifting and and assist management.
