Trustworthy, dedicated, and reliable Individual support care worker passionate about creating exciting and keep patient safe from health hazards; I am seeking to apply Individual Support worker position to assist patients who suffer from a variety of disabilities and across wide range of task, centre in supervising and and personal care for patients. I am experienced in managing daily care routines, associated administrative and compliance tasks including providing them with safe living environments, helping them in daily tasks. Naturally friendly and accommodating, I am exposed to communicating with all types of patients ages whilst remaining tactful, just and approachable and able to build a strong relationship with individuals with daily task. My core strengths: I take ownership and accountability in everything I do whilst working collaboratively as part of a team to complete all my assigned tasks within deadlines and within the centre’s policies and regulations. With a high work ethic and a strong desire to provide high quality care in Individual support; I hold a current first aid and CPR certificates, able to work within a rotating roster from Monday to Friday .
