I have an experience as an AIN in Age care facility, I have a broad knowledge in dealing with the resident and their behaviours. I have a good knowledge of infection control and manual handling and able to work in a busy environment. I’m currently working as a Care Service Employee. I have been working for more than 1 year in aged care. My role is to assist the resident in their activities of daily living like showering, feeding, toileting and encouraging them in independency and well being. I’m very flexible and reliable. I’m very dedicated and hard working person.
