I have had many years experience in the field of aged care working in Nursing Homes and areas of General Medicine, Gerontology and Neurology in the wards of Public & Private Hospitals. I have a can do attitude, have good communication and listening skills and would like to assist and aid people to benefit from their supported healthcare. I am compassionate, caring and strive to involve the care recipients as much as possible to design their own care plan and be able to review it regularly to ensure all their basic and special needs are still being met and any complex health problems implications are addressed with regular GP visits and support from my nursing experience. I am able to help with all aspects of care as listed and am looking forward to possibly meeting with you in the future.
