• Positive behaviour modelling • Qualified in patient transport • Qualified to support personal care • Ability to follow the instructions and job description • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with patients and relatives as well as other health care providers • Multitasking and working efficiently with team members • Able to communicate in English very well • Able to understand aged care and resident responsibilities • Have Australian driver licence • Have a blue card and police check • Immune from hepatitis A, B, C, whooping, and flu • Able to manage the time.
