I am a mature out going, friendly person. I enjoy challenges and I am very approachable, respectful and trusting. I work well in a team or independently. I believe my work ethics, morals and principles to be strong. I am able to complete designated tasks within the frames of deadlines and work calmly under pressure. I am always eager to learn and welcome new learning opportunities in any given role. I believe the best service I can offer my patients is a warm smile with a promise to advocate for them while they are most vulnerable and to always have a friendly face, sense of security and hope to aid in their healing process and their daily routines. As Care givers and Nurses, we have the opportunity to support and heal our communities through work supported by evidence, guided by theory, and rooted in love and compassion I have over 33 years experience in Aged care working in retirement villages, in the community , FIFO, hospitals and through nursing agencies. In that time I have also worked with disabilities, challenging behaviour, kids, youth and with mental health clients.
