Providing patient care to the elderly at resedential home. Assisting residents with their daily activities, re-positioning, pressure area care, vital sign observation (temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation and respiration assessment, blood glucose measurement). Performing daily activities like showering,wound care and changing dressings, and assisting residents with feeding, bathe, walk and conduct daily recreation activities.
