Certificate III in individual support Placement, Ferndale Nursing Home , 20th May to 11th June Day to Day care and support to clients who is in need of assistance with personal care activities: showering, feeding, mobility, and toileting. Assist aged people / clients or patients to achieve maximum independence by meeting daily living and personal needs within the plan of care, with consideration of client preferences. Accompany clients on walks and approved exercises to ensure their safety.
