I worked in a health facility for 3 years and 4 months in a row. I am very used to deal with different patients characters and their needs, how to read and analyze medical history before proceeding, make things comfortable in a room when the patient was a little bit awkward or terrified by explaining the situation and procedures in a calm friendly tone. I can easily cope up with my patients and they leave the clinic with satisfaction, which I am thankful for. At some point, I hope the skills and experience in my own field would continue the passion in my new residents and be more dedicated.
