I am a 23 year old girl with 3.5 years of experience in aged care, in the capacity of both emotional and physical support and improvement. I am always happy, kind, caring, open minded, very understanding, and make people feel comfortable quickly, while adapting to new environments quickly. I am currently employed in an aged care facility, and am looking for a more personal approach to my work; I would like to work with only one or a few residents as to make them feel loved, cared for, and respected, which is difficult to do when my time is spread among several hundred residents.
