Futhermore, I Assist individual with activities of daily living and observe changes in patient’s conditions and report as required 2. Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individual. 3. Able to administer medication from sachets or Webster packs 4. Undertake other nursing care responsibilities appropriate to their assessed competence. 5. Assessing initial and ongoing needs of clients and developing care plans 6. Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support individual care needs 7. Provide companionship and support during daily activities 8. Deliver activities that promote emotional and intellectual stimulation 9. Ensure all information and data regarding individual is documented and reported as required.
