In my culture the young take care of the elderly. I grew up being a companion to my grandmother and when she got to a point where she was unable to do things by herself, my siblings and I took care of her. Helping her getting dressed, preparing her meals and doing all the chores in the house. I have put it as "1 year experience" because I don't have an official work experience but I am very familiar with doing chores, doing errands and taking basic care of another human being, plus I do really enjoy being of help to others.
