I am experienced in clinical and complex care, I am medication credentialed and up to date with all of my mandatory training, I hold a current police check and was a finalist in the Hesta nurse of the year awards in 2015, I am dedicated to my residents and believe in person centred care, I have done extensive study in palliative care and dementia care and am confident and capable of dealing with challenging behaviours.
