I just finished my Certificate III in Individual Support and started working in a facility but only as a part-timer. I also had my placement in a non-for-profit organization in the lifestyle department of a facility making sure that the residents are comfortable with daily activities we prepare for them. I am patient with the residents and if there is time, I always chat with them, making sure that they are comfortable.
