I started off in nursing homes when I was 17 years old and have been in a carers roll ever since. I have work with acquired brain injuries,Paraplegic,Quadriplegic, I completed my AIN at East Maitland Catholic Care Nursing Home For the last 20 years I have worked as a Disability Support worker in a group home setting with challenging behaviours physical disabilities and mental health health issues. I have acted up in Team Leaders Position in the running of the Group Homes several times.
