Hi! My name is Michelle. I am a Registered Nurse, specialising in Diabetes Management. I have been a Registered Nurse for 12 years and have enjoyed working in a Rural hospital for 10 years, with an Aged Care Facility onsite. My most recent role has been as a Diabetes Educator in a Regional Hospital providing Diabetes care and self-management support to people as inpatients and outpatients. I love helping people of all ages, from all walks of life. I am passionate about empowering people to live their best life and to improve their health and maintain independence. I am an approachable, friendly and non-judgemental person who loves to see positive improvements in a person's health and wellbeing. I provide ongoing support and compassion in all my cares. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family (Dog included) and friends. I enjoy getting out in nature, walks, animals, the beach and a good laugh. I hope I can reach out and help you.
