Working to serve the aged is not merely a duty for me, it is a desire that is derived from years of looking after my ailing grandparents and the satisfaction that I earned is enough for me to do this job for a lifetime. I comprehend that it is often very difficult to work with residents who are suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia and other disabilities but I will strive hard to understand each resident’s ailments and to work with them effectively with a person-centred and holistic approach. I am currently employed at CPL Disability and Support centre Toowoomba. I did my university-aged care placements of 80 hrs for the course NUR1299 Foundation of Nursing Practice at Brodribb Homes, Toowoomba in September 2018. As for the certificate three in aged care, I completed 80 hrs of placement service in Bupa Glenvale in April 2018,
