Hi, I believe in person centred care. Every person is an individual with differing needs and I treat them as such. Respect, empathy and great listening skills are required. What I like best about what I do is being able to leave work and say I genuinely make a difference... whether it’s hearing someone laugh and seeing them smile or encouraging a person to come out of their room and enjoy other people’s company.
