I am a caring, professional & experienced caregiver w/ 5 years’ work experience in a HCA role & a passion for improving the quality of life.I was responsible for caring & supporting residents w/ physical & mental disabilities in the High Care Unit. This involves developing personal programs & managing personal care tasks, including administering medications, assisting w/ mobility and transfers utilizing ceiling lift hoist; stand up hoist; slider sheets; & walk belt, hygiene & feeding, wound; bowel ; bed sore prevention & care management. I also engaged residents in various community access activities & nurture partnerships w/ community organisations & businesses and advocate for their needs & goals.
