I worked for an agency in America for a year, taking care of old people, dementia, or staying the the hospital after their operation and when they go back home. The agency used me as a reliever so I handled many times and didn’t need any certification. Sometimes live in and most times going there on a daily basis. When I live in they give me room and free food. In Australia I decided to take the course and will soon be finished. Should I be hired now, I am willing to give up my course since the whole idea is to be employed anyway when I get my certification. I have police clearance and Blue Card.
