I have been an Aged Care and Disability support worker for 10years, I have a certificate 4 in Mental Health and Disabilities also a Cert 3 in Home and Community Care, I have Certificates of Attainment in Dementia Care from the Wicking University in Tasmania, also have done a course in incontinence. I am compassionate, caring and believe our ageing population should have a voice in their care and be treated with dignity and respect at all times. Older people to valued for there opinions as they have lived a full life with lots of experience that needs to be heard
