A senior citizen myself now, I am still very fit both mentally and physically. I feel I still have something to give after the end of my working career and with my nurturing nature I could imagine nothing better than to be able to help people in need. While I do not have professional experience in a care capacity, I have cared for an ill father. As a mother I had to be present and supportive of a child with ADHD. Both situations required patience and compassion. I hope to be able to apply my personal experiences in helping others.
