I have very limited experience with aged care but have had a lot of babysitting experience so when it comes to transportation, errands, cleaning, cooking and caring for someone I do have the experience needed to take part in a job like this. I think the older generations have a lot to offer and I used to love having conversations with my great grandparents as I think the stories and knowledge that they possess should be passed down to younger generations.
