I did my 160 placement in an aged care private nursing home and everyone there including he Manager I go beyond their expectations. But sadly, they're not hiring. The residents also send feedback forms to the owner just to let her know how reliable I am as Personal Care Assistant. I can work round the clock and work every single penny that you pay. Being in an aged care doesn't mean to earn money, it is my principle to be committed to whom I am working with. I am loyal, friend to everyone including dogs and cats. I worked as caregiver way back in my country so being PCA here is not an issue for me at all. It's my nature to care about people and think about their welfare most of the time. Hope you will give me a chance to prove myself and make my passion into reality.
