I'm a young female pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of New England. I have gained valuable experience through nursing placements at Taree Hospital in the palliative care ward and Bega Hospital in the sub-acute rehabilitation ward. These experiences have deepened my understanding of patient care and enhanced my clinical skills. Providing personal care, medication management, and companionship to elderly individuals. Skills include effective communication, health monitoring, mobility assistance, and understanding of aged care policies these help ensure compassionate and effective support for the elderly.
