Working in Age Care is rewarding in many ways, firstly I get to know with the residents, listen to their hearts while I apply my ADALs. They are like our parents, sometimes like our children because they display their unique characters where we should be patience and camly handle them with empathy. Listen to them and make their day as life is impermanent.Always treat them well and support feeling their feelings, do validate their feelings and they will have something to share always.This is what I expereinced during my work placement at Shoalwater Age Care, Rockingham.
