My name is Kylie Haeusler and I would like to apply for the position that you have advertised. I am completing my final year of my Bachelor of nursing degree externally through Charles Darwin university at the end of 2019. Over my working career, I have a high level of experience in the aged care, disabilities and community sectors in roles such as a disability support worker, assistant nurse and coordinator. Most of my working career has been supporting individuals and their families living with disabilities with challenging behavioral needs and Dementia. Over the last 18 months, I have been employed with Endeavour Foundation supporting individuals with disabilities and clients that are aging, providing them with assistance in activities of daily living such as health, hygiene, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting. I have a diverse range of skills and knowledge and believe strongly in a holistic nursing approach and a dedication to resident focused care.
