I am Kat, a support worker with an empathic and approach to people and a few years of aged care experience. I have supported several aged clients with different health conditions and needs as a support worker as well as a volunteer for a Finnish NGO that fights against loneliness. I am especially motivated and qualified to provide companionship, help in preparing meals, support with daily activities such as hobbies and movement. As a carer I highly value every person´s individuality and specific needs and hopes. As I am also a certified yoga teacher, I will happily provide some instruction in that area as well! Personally I enjoy the outdoors, arts, gardening and creating healthy meals.
