My background includes Certificate III in Aged Care with comprehensive experience as a Multi Skilled Carer in a facility and Home and Community Care environment. I have worked with a variety of clients including the very frail, dementia and disabled helping them to live a happy and inclusive life with their peers in a facility and their own homes with individualized care through their care plans as well supporting their social and emotional well being through social daily activities, ensuring the highest level of quality care and compassion. Within my wide variety of job roles I feel I have developed excellent organizational skills, planning, time management and oral and written communication skills with good attention to detail. I have a pleasant disposition, easy to get along with and able to interact with all types of people from different cultural backgrounds.
