I have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) and hands-on experience from my placement at St Vincent's Aged Care Heathcote. I help with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders. I also offer companionship and emotional support. I believe in person-centered care, making sure residents’ needs and preferences come first. I’m patient, caring, and always do my best to improve the well-being of those I support.
