After caring for my elderly mother for 4years fulltime, I have gained a great amount of knowledge and skills in communicating with health care providers and the needs of an extremely frail lady. Mum had Emphysema and many other health conditions which I became well educated in. The patience, understanding and necessity of her care was a huge learning excerise.
