 Provides hygiene/personal care, domestic assistance, community access, medication assistance, therapy assistance and high care.  Experienced in use of hoist and general manual handling, PEG feeding, and catheter care.  Runs errands for clients including shopping.  Familiar with different kinds of challenging conditions like autism, dementia, cerebral palsy etc  Provided ongoing companionship to clients.  Prepares and maintains documentation about the client’s condition and care provided.
