I have a strong background as a Personal care attendant for almost 6 years who look after a patient with Dementia and multiple disorder,and also work in Nursing Home facility for almost 1 year at Daken house in London as a Assistant in Nursing. My role as a AIN is to provide personal care and assistant with activities of daily living,bathing and dressing. Feeding,serve nourishment ,keep record of intake and output.Assist to and from toilet,assist with any toileting needs.Assist nurses with patient transfer and manual handling.Make beds and change linens.Reposition residents in bed,chair and assist in ambulation. I am currently hold a Certificate III in Individual Support ageing and completed my work placement at St Lukes Green Aged Care Woolloongabba.
