I am skilled at balancing a full schedule ensuring the highest level of quality care and compassion enhancing patients’ quality of life. During my experience as a home carer at Home Instead senior care (Hobart-Tasmania) Ontrack (Hobart- Tasmania) and ESP Healthcare (Sydney-New South Wales) I had the opportunity to work with many elderly people and Independent living Support worker providing services such as personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, transport and social support. Likewise, I always encouraged to patients in order to increase social contact that it is very important for their health mental. Furthermore, I had to document patients’ behaviour in terms of health and mental status and eating patterns in their communication record books.
