2 years experience in high-care disability and aged care support. Capabilities include assisting with wheelchair transfers to/from bed/shower commode/toilet/car, also meal preparation, housework/cleaning, social support/community access, companionship, assistance with medication, and personal care (showering, toileting, incontinence care, grooming). Recently completed Certificate III Individual Support in home & community care. Have done much volunteer work over the years visiting lonely isolated older people to provide companionship and access to the community.
