I am a compassionate and caring person with a huge heart and really love helping people when needed. I really enjoy older peoples company and feel working in this environment would be very rewarding to me. I am excited about the opportunity to being able to help people. I have worked as a medical administrator and have acquired valuable skills with helping the elderly. I developed strong interpersonal communication skills by working closely with patients and learned how to meet patient's requirements with care and consideration. My ability to remain calm during challenging situations and my empathy for others equipped me to provide caring support. Elderly care is not just a duty for me. In fact, it is a passion that has been derived from looking after my own elderly father and the satisfaction that came with it is enough for me to want to do this for a career.
