I have worked in the industry as a case coordinator coming up to 20 years. I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the industry as customers a coming second to the corporation, their packages are not being run to THEIR advantage. I know I could do a fairer job for the customer working on a smaller scale. I know that I would have many eager customers that I have worked with that would be excited for me to be their coordinator. I just don’t have the relevant business skills to proceed.
