I have 5 years and 5 months experience in aged care and still going... I have decided to reduce my hours in the facility and do most of my time to work for my own business. By doing so I will have more time to spend with my little family, relatives and friends. I am good with my workmates and love my residents. I love aged people as they are lovely people too, understanding, lots of stories to tell. I have 2 daughters, lovely husband and 2 pets (dachshund and malamute). I am caring, quite, honest, and reliable person. I have good time management and respect people. By doing this as my business I get more time for my family, these days time is gold but these days living expenses is expensive so this way I get to manage my time, my income and my Life.
