Working in this industry has shown me how most of our elderly people feel so lonely and alone even though we are around them we don't seem to give them the attention they need , having to work with 5 elderly people and try share my attention to all of them just seemed impossible , and I just knew I need to work with one elderly at a time and give them the best I can in all aspects because they that's what they deserve
