I started my career as a Montessori teacher where I used to take care of playgroup children. In addition, I have nursed my grandmother before she passed away, this personal experience has provided me invaluable insight into the needs of the elderly people. I am able to manage and prioritize, negotiate and deliver client's demands professionally to achieve the desired goals. I have acquired knowledge through many in house training opportunities that would benefit any organization I join. For example: dealing with dementia, challenging behaviors, dealing with delirium, palliative care, enhancing capabilities approach, loss, and grief relieving skills, manual handling, understanding disability from various perspectives, infection control, care choice, lifestyle goals, and occupational health safety.
