I am studying Enrolled Nursing at TAFE, and have already completed the equivalent to Aged Care Cert III through my course. I have worked in an aged care home and learned the skills needed to provide quality care. I am compassionate and empathetic which many describe as a weakness, however I believe this is a strength as I can understand people's needs and give more individual personal care to those who need it. I have experience working with dementia residents and people with special needs.
