I have recently completed a Cert 111 in Individual Support, which has enabled me to work in the aged care sector, i really enjoy working with elderly people, i feel we have so much to learn from them. my family have grown and left home, I am a granny, so i am now able to work and take care of these clients, . I have worked in the aged care industry for the past 5 years, this has been in a day respite centre and also in the community. I enjoy working in this industry, I get so much joy working with the clients, this is from listening to their stories and providing company to them, I love the fact that these aged clients can stay in their own homes for as long as possible.
