I’ve worked as a care staff in various nursing homes, from morning to night shifts. I have experiences with advanced dementia elderly. I cared for my residents the way I cared for my older family members. I took my time, I observed so I would know what their habits, what are their rituals, what they like and don’t like, so I’m well prepared and I don’t have to be told again and again. Unfortunately this will be my extra job so my availability is strictly only in the afternoons, preferring short shifts. Full shifts available for weekends or public holidays when I’m not working in my main job.
