I am firstly a loving mother and wife who bases her work style along side my day to day life. I have been working within the community coming up to 5 years now, originally beginning in Aged care where I worked as an AIN to dementia patients and high need residents assisting them to reach their daily activities. After working within the Aged care sector I moved over into the Public hospital setting where I became a patient support assistant working across all wards of the hospital system giving me the opportunity to work amongst a diverse range of people from the public furthermore giving me a broader understanding of individuals needs and how they vary .
