• Assists with ADLs including bathing, grooming, and dressing • Changed linens and launder clothing • Assists with mobility and transfer including moving in and out of beds and wheelchair or automobiles • Monitor and document residents’ status and timely reporting to team leaders • Maintain a safe and healthy environment • Assist with leisure and lifestyle activities • Provide companionship and emotional support
